Yoga is so much more than stretching. It is about being centered, grounded and coming to your mat and not being distracted by anyone or anything around you.  It is about pushing yourself, yet being gentle enough to listen to your body and its limits.

After seeing my own need for stress relief and lung and immune health, I decided to dive deep into the practice of Yoga so that I could share those benefits with my Retreat attendees.

I am now able to help my mindset clients develop a healthy routine of releasing emotions stuck in the body as well as incorporating Meditiation.
