Virtual Yoga Lessons: The New Popular Way To Practice

After Seeing my own need for stress relief and balance I decided to begin my own yoga journey. Yoga has proven to be beneficial to my own well being, it has given me strength, flexibility, and helps me calm my mind. It has allowed me to be able to clear my mind in times of need, releasing stress from my physical body and mental space.
Yoga has been beneficial to my physical and mental wellbeing therefore, I decided to dive deeper into my practice and become a Certified Yoga Instructor. Now I am able to help my clients develop a healthy routine by providing a practice that has changed my life. I have gone a step further and facilitated these lessons by providing virtual yoga lessons!!!
I now offer private 1-on-1 classes/instruction along with private group instruction VIRTUALLY!!!. Yoga is so much more than stretching. It is about being centered, grounded and coming to your mat and not being distracted by anyone or anything around you. It is about pushing yourself, yet being gentle enough to listen to your body and its limits. Private Group Yoga
You will be given access to a virtual yoga lesson that is also being share with other yogis of the same level. I will be instructing you all in a yoga class that fits all of your needs.
1 on 1 Private Yoga
You will be given access to a virtual one on one yoga. Here you will be able to focus more on your practice, and I will be able to specifically help you in your yoga journey.
Worried you don’t have the proper knowledge of yoga? The proper “style” for it ? DON’T BE!! Yoga is for everyone and anyone who is looking to make a change in their life style. The virtual yoga lessons I teach are beginner friendly, and go into depth to make sure we are doing more them just physical work.
The stereotype of a yogi is a twenty-something year old, who is in perfect shape and lives a carefree life, and while some yogis are like that, this only counts for a very tiny percentage. A lot of the women I teach come in different shapes and sizes, lifestyles, and physical capabilities! Like I mentioned before, Yoga is more the just the physical! It is mental, it allows for anyone practicing it to be able to let go of stresses and negative energy they are holding in, helping them become more in tune with their bodies!
Why do the Virtual Yoga Lessons? In an article written by Harvard University, they mentioned that, “Yoga studios typically don’t have mirrors. This is so people can focus their awareness inward rather than how a pose — or the people around them — looks. Surveys have found that those who practiced yoga were more aware of their bodies than people who didn’t practice yoga”.
Virtual Yoga Lessons allow you to practice yoga in the comfort of your home, without the worries of going to the gym, practicing in front of other, or being self conscious about your ability or physical. Virtual yoga lessons are also more cost effective, you will be able to practice yoga in your own home without leaving to go anywhere, with the equipment you choose to have. Virtual classes offer a variety of benefits in todays fast pacing world they are easy to access, comfortable to attend and bring the same benefits of an in person yoga class.
