Red Flag Exercise


Let’s talk about self-talk! That endless mind chatter we all deal with.

I want you to try something:  Go ahead and without having sound come out of your mouth, I want you to say to yourself, “I am Amazing!”  Did you hear that?  Of course you did … but how?

That is the power of the mind!  Now imagine how powerful negative talk is and how it is affecting our lives, our relationships and our businesses!

I invite you to start journaling and utilizing a red flag exercise that will help you turn negative thoughts into positive thoughts.
